The composite stabilizer bar products with independent intellectual property rights, which are newly developed by ANBO, adopts patented friction welding process instead of traditional upset head process, with its bench fatigue test up to 800,000 times. It integrates the functions of stabilizer bar and thrust rod, which can reduce the number of parts and the weight of the chassis suspension, thus significantly saving the cost. At present, the Company is the exclusive supplier of Shanxi Automobile and IF Technology, and the main supplier of other auto makers such as SINOTRUCK.

By virtue of these features the Company has become an excellent supplier of Shaanxi Automobile and Foton Daimler.
AMBO is a famous thrust rod manufacturer in the industry, and has been supplying products to major domestic auto makers for 20 consecutive years. We can provide our customers with supporting technical support and product services, capable of offering customized thrust rods. Till now AMBO has developed thrust rod series products for more than 500 specifications. We have been in the forefront of lightweight thrust rod products in China. Through process optimization, the Company has gradually replaced riveting process with friction welding which greatly increases assembly precision and reduces the weight of a single vehicle by about 17% from the original structure.
Chassis castings and forgings products produced by AMBO mainly include spring brackets, thrust rod supports, airbag supporting arms, engine brackets and other parts and assemblies. The sand-coated iron mold casting method is used, which can make the structure of the products denser and have more stable performance. The materials of the products mainly include QT400-15, QT550-10, QT700-6, QT800-5, and QT900-10, etc. Casting and forging machining equipment can accommodate the demands of producing products in various specifications made from a variety of materials. At present, the Company is the main supplier of Foton Daimler, Shaanxi Automobile and SINOTRUCK.
